REFUND POLICY

We work hard to make sure every guest leaves happy. If there’s ever an issue, please let a manager know during your visit so we can make it right.

 

  • In-Restaurant Purchases: All food and drink sales are final. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it on the spot.

  • Event Deposits: Event and catering deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you based on availability.

  • Gift Cards: Gift card sales are final. They can’t be returned or redeemed for cash, except as required by Georgia law.
